Crazy Christmas Schedule

I'm currently quite busy with many, many, many, many, many activities...concert band, jazz band, brass ensemble, jazz trio, church choir, church accompanist, church soloist, community choir...ummm...that might be everything. It's hard for me to keep track. I just hope that I don't miss a practice because I'm so busy.... Thank goodness for cell phones with calendars.... Anywho..

My house is packed with people right now....
My brother and his wife( they just got married on 12-1)...
My sister and her baby (the cutest little girl you'll ever see!) ((my brother in law is in Afghanistan))...
My other brother and his wife ( umm....)..



... And me!!!
........ And my parents....

Anywho our house is a full house: Three couples.... two non couples... well sorta..... (curious and curiouser...) and of course my adorable niece... :-)

Band... A way of life

There is intelligent life.... in the bandroom...

Some people may debate it... but there are real people in band. not just the geeks... like me.
cheerleaders, football players, x-country runners, volleyball- ers, and just regular joes.

since my town is finally getting a wal-mart (YAY!!!) everyone is excited for the grand opening on november 7th.
and guess who's going to be there?!

ME!!!

and the Moffat County High School Band.
the Manager has asked that the band play for the opening.
so at 6:45 am we're gonna load on a bus in our "fabulous" (jk) uniforms and play songs at 7:30.

its going to be FREEZING!!!!!!!

Well I've been pulled into this.... well i chose to. but it was kinda peer pressure. good. not bad.


really though i just wanted to feel cool. :-)

Marching Band season is officially over!! it was fun but glad it's done.
hopefully i'll be posting a video of the halftime show.
we'll just have to see............
